Pressure Pattern Scan

Book a Pressure Pattern Scan

This is the first serious step when the issue is real, the strain is live, and the pattern still needs naming properly.

Use this page when you want a cleaner read on what pressure is doing to behaviour before deciding what wider work, if any, actually makes sense.

This is not a generic contact form. It is a structured enquiry for a specific first step.

Before you start

The goal here is not to make the issue sound nicer. It is to describe it clearly enough that the first move becomes more intelligent.

It helps to have a view on:

  • where the strain is showing up most clearly
  • what feels repeated, costly, or hard to name properly
  • what has already been tried
  • what is at stake if nothing changes
  • who would sponsor the work internally

You do not need a polished diagnosis. You do need enough honesty to describe the live problem without hiding it behind softer language.

What we’ll ask you

Three things matter most at this stage.

What feels off right now

What is happening often enough, or costing enough, that it needs a more serious read.

Where the strain is showing up

Meetings, handoffs, leadership behaviour, client moments, cross-functional friction, decision-making, or another live part of the system.

What is at stake

Trust, performance, clarity, consistency, leadership capacity, culture drift, or the rising cost of leaving the pattern unnamed.

Enquiry form

Use the form to give us a serious first read on the pattern.

Keep it plain. Keep it honest. You do not need to write a perfect brief. You do need to describe the issue truthfully enough that the next decision can be made on something real.

If the sponsor is not yet clear, say that. If the pattern is messy, say that too.

Add a native Squarespace Form Block in this section.

Build it with the field set below so the submission works reliably and lands like a real intake, not a generic contact message.

What happens after you submit

The point is not to force the next thing. It is to decide the next thing more cleanly.

1. We review the pattern

We read what you send for signs of live strain, likely pressure patterns, sponsor readiness, and whether the scan is the right first move.

2. We respond with the next step

That may be a Pressure Pattern Scan conversation, a request for one or two clarifying details, or a recommendation that a different route is more proportionate.

3. The decision gets cleaner

Sometimes the issue is ready for the scan. Sometimes it needs sponsor clarity first. Sometimes it points toward a more targeted next move. That is useful information, not friction.

If this is not the right route

Not every issue needs the same first move.

If the issue is already sharply understood, a more targeted piece of work may make more sense.

If the sponsor is not yet visible, that may need resolving before this becomes useful.

If you are still sense-checking whether this is the right kind of support, the cleaner route is to go back to Start Here and read the logic again.

Closing

A better first decision starts with a clearer read.

If the issue is live, repeated, and costly, this is where serious work begins. Not with a workshop. Not with assumption. With a more truthful diagnosis of what pressure is doing to behaviour.
